Mary Fran McCarron’s Last Day!

Secretaries in the district  – from all schools, and central office, got together for lunch and to celebrate Mary Fran McCarron’s 29 year Career in Sandwich. Deb Landry and Chris Dintino, Principal and Assistant Principal of the Wing School, arranged for the luncheon in the Wing Library. Guests included Marilyn Russell, Mrs. MacCarron’s sidekick for many years; Holly Lenk, Business Office: Deb Melanson, SHS: Brenda Kinchla, SHS; Carolyn Perry, STEM Academy: Patty Morrison, Pupil Services: Kerry Gendreau (who will be filling in for Mrs. McCarron for the rest of the year), Chris Flannigan, Forestdale: Heidi Anderson-Walsh, Oak Ridge: Mimi Shorten, Facilities; and Joanne DeConto, SHS.

Mrs. McCarron will be missed by the entire school community and leaves a legacy of caring and pride in the Sandwich Public Schools.
