2015-2016 Calendar

At the March 25, 2015 School Committee meeting, the committee voted to adopt a “traditional” calendar for next year. Students will return to school on September 8, 2015 and there will be two vacations – in February and April. You may view and download the calendar here:  School Calendar – Final

All schools will use the Late Start structure rather than  Early Dismissal structure for In-Service Half Days. The High School has been doing Late Starts instead of Early Dismissal for a few years and the feedback from families and staff has been very positive.

The start and ending times for the regular schools days, as well as the Late Start and the Early Dismissal/Parent Conference Days are also on the calendar.

The district is working with the School for Early Learning to offer a Morning Late Start Extended Day Program specifically designed for the late start days. The Morning Late Start Extended Day  will be a high quality program with a variety of activities for students.  Stay tuned for details and an opportunity to sign up.
