Performers in "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee"

The Sandwich High School and STEM Academy Performing Arts Department wants to help you warm up in to Spring with the following wonderful events. Please come join us celebrate the arts at all of these events throughout the next few months!
Sandwich Soul in Concert
- Friday, March 13th: At 7pm at the SHS Theatre.
- Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for students and senior citizens.
- Tickets available ahead of time at SHS or at the door.
Come hear various group numbers, solos and duets from Sandwich Soul in a “coffeehouse style” concert!
This is a fundraiser concert for Soul to help raise money for their competition tour this May!

Sunday Jazz… and more – Featuring SHS/STEM Jazz Band, Two Cool, and Who Dat Jazz Band.
- Sunday, March 15th:From 3:00pm to 5:00pm at Sandwich Town Hall.

Opening weekend: Friday, March 27th, Saturday, March 28th: at 7pm
Sunday, March 29th Matinee
Friday, April 10th and Saturday, April 11th
- Tickets are $12.00 for adults and $8.00 for students and senior citizens.
- Tickets are available ahead of time at SHS or at the door.
The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee is a long one-act musical comedy centering on a fictional spelling bee set in a geographically ambiguous Putnam Valley Middle School. Six quirky adolescents compete in the Bee, run by three equally quirky grown-ups.
SHS Art Show
- Wednesday, May 7th from 5pm to 7pm in the SHS Library.
The SHS Art students will display their art work all around the library while solo members of Sandwich Soul and SHS Band provide musical entertainment during the art show.
The SHS Choral Music Department’s Spring Concert – “Sandwich Goes Wild!” Songs dedicated to the creatures of the world.
- Thursday, May 14th at 7pm in the SHS Theatre.
- Admission by suggested donation.
SHS Instrumental Music Department’s Spring Concert
- Thursday, May 21st at 7pm in the SHS Theatre
Sandwich Soul and SHS Band, along with the elementary school band program will participate in the Memorial Day parade
- Monday May 25, 2015, approximately 9:00am.
