Honoring STEM/SHS Staff for 20 Years of Service – Rachel Cronin, Jane Kittredge, Dave Neil, Julie Walsh, and Jeff Carter

STEM Academy/Sandwich High School Principal Jim Mulcahy spoke of the 20 Year Employees from STEM/SHS. Not everyone was able to attend and pose with Dr. Gould and School Committee Chair, Sean Rausch. 

Rachel Cronin:  

• 20 years  Administrative Assistant at SHS Guidance Department. 
• Started at the Community School then HS main office
• Currently manages the guidance office and our adopt a knight program which assists students and families during the holiday season.

Jane Kittredge:  

• 20 years  Grade 7 Social Studies teacher at STEM Academy
• STEM Academy Pioneer
• Organizes the Geography Bee for our STEM Academy students

 

 

 

 

Dave Neill:  

• 20 years  Mathematics faculty at SHS
• Coaching – Freshman and JV Baseball 
• Calm, cool, collected – always the consummate professional who reaches all of his students

Julie Walsh:  

 

• 20 years World Languages faculty at SHS and STEM Academy
• Has worked at every school in the district
• Has taught grades 5-12
• Took students to France and has another trip planned for April

 

 

 

Jeff Carter:  

• 20 years  Special Education Teacher at STEM Academy
• STEM Volleyball Coach, Boys Tennis Coach
• Local Author, penning childrens books and presenting to our students at Oak Ridge and Forestdale
