Sandwich High School has long been committed to providing the best possible experience for each and every freshman. Over the next few weeks, Sandwich Learns Together will highlight the specially designed opportunities for freshmen to connect with all that SHS has to offer – sports, arts, music & theater, amazing academics and even more amazing upperclassmen dedicated to welcoming and supporting the newest members of the SHS community.
Guidance Counselor Lynne Donoghue has an important and powerful role welcoming students and families as they transition from grade 8 to grade 9. According to Principal Ellin Booras, Ms.Donoghue is one of the most dynamic new additions to the SHS staff. She exudes our core values of and models Blue Knight Pride in everything she does. She is bright, energetic, caring and deeply committed to engaging students in meaningful ways. She is a treasure and has made a significant difference in her time at SHS! Her office is friendly, upbeat and a safe and inviting place for students and parents.
